Ryan Duncan at Vertu Jaguar-exeter was very knowledgeable and informative, he informed me of the future plans for Jaguar which demonstrated honesty and integrity, something that was not done at a dealer closer to home.
Ryan contacted me with a short introduction video and presented the car, when we went for a look the car was well displayed.
Helen presented the reassurance we needed to buy the car as we were undecided due the the manufacturing of Jaguars coming to an end, she reasured us the car would be fully supported during the period we would own it. A number of issues out of the dealers control were dealt with honestly and professionally with excellent goodwill gestures.
So far the after sales service has been excellent, I feel confident the additional work we want doing on the car will be carried out to thr same high level as service we received from the sales team.

I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Exeter because I don’t think a lot of people would realise how competitive a main dealer can be and more importantly because I am really pleased with my car and the support package. The sales team in particular Anthony could not have done more to make it a good experience
