My experience at Vertu Honda Boston was memorable because the team I dealt with were excellent. Initially Tom Harris met me, showed me the vehicle and took me for a test drive. The vehicle was a Mercedes C Class Estate, and despite not being a Honda, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, its Spec and capabilities. Tom was incredibly friendly and personable, and took a genuine interest in both my needs as a consumer, and also in me as a person (family life etc). He was a pleasure to deal with. I was then given and quote and options, and he was in no way pushy for an immediate sale. I then received a follow up video via email, in which he also mentioned my wife and daughter's name, which showed that he was again very personable. Following this Tom was on leave when i called on the phone to agree a deal for the car, and I dealt with Kieran, who was again very friendly and personable and made sure everything was just right. When i came to collect the vehicle, both Tom and Kieran were there and everything was done smoothly and quickly in their usual charming manner. I would also like to mention that Jack did a vehicle demonstration on the day of collection, and was also very knowledgeable and friendly, himself owning a Mercedes, so he was happy to have a chat about that. I have since had a couple of queries on the phone and set up a Service Package, which were all dealt with swiftly and with the usual friendly approach. I would say that the aftercare and the whole experience has been first rate, and they have offered their support moving forwards if required, which is good to know. Well done Vertu Honda Boston
