Vertu Volvo Truro were great because the whole process from initial enquiry to trade-in and purchase was kept slick and easy. Chris Chapman did an excellent job and deserves special credit as I originally popped in to Truro Volvo with a technical query and he turned it into a sale of a virtually new XC60.
