Josh was very helpful and attentive. We wanted a comfortable used car in good condition, and I think that the price was fair given the trade-in and the added spare wheel. Why would anyone buy a car with no spare wheel?! All went smoothly and the promised spare wheel arrived promptly for us to take delivery 3 days after the test drive. The initial figures for fuel consumption were very disappointing, and I returned to query it. The issue was due to averaging over the recent period when the car had not been driven much, and in Josh's absence his colleague was able to reassure us that the real figure would take time to appear but be much better. It's better than our previous car and it's fine now. It's done 57+k miles, and I now realise that the windscreen is more scratched than I would like, but it will be fine.

The staff at Vertu Volvo Taunton were good because they listened to me and answered my questions promptly. I mainly dealt with Ryan who was very helpful, even bringing the car to my home so we could have a test drive.
