The experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter was good because a good knowledgeable sales person dealt with us, the car was ready when required. However, one feature was missing and the Sales Manager not the sales person was insensitive, presumptuous and arrogant. I had already explained that we had a bereavement in the family which significantly diminished our options. He was cloth eared.

Vertu Volvo Exeter were fantastic because . I would not say they were fantastic but they were efficient and professional. It would have been useful if more time could have been given to explaining the controls which were a step change to my previous XC60.
