I'd endorse Vertu Volvo Exeter because everyone was very friendly and welcoming, we had Caitlin to help us, it was all very efficient, everything was explained well, they we're very helpful and made the whole purchase incredibly easy and smooth, took the stress out of it entirely. My experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter was positive as Matthew, our sales rep, was very courteous, polite and knowledgeable. As a very senior citizen he was able to explain any questions we had and appreciated that our knowledge of current computer technology was limited. However a promised hard copy of the XC40's manual has
failed to arrive -trying to read it off in the car is not easy, if not impossible.
A hard copy allows me to read it comfortably and digest it at my rate.

My rating is that I MAY recommend Vertu . The actual vehicle was ,on the surface , what I was looking for, however the sales process was a total disaster from inaccurate information on video by salesperson ( I suspect through lack of training as he was new and quite pleasant and tried hard ) car equipment issues, to paperwork errors to misinformation. EG Sold with adaptive cruise but it was not fitted . Wrong advice on length of warranty . I was offered full refund but that was unsatisfactory as it would have meant a lot on inconvieniance .Eventually resolved by a more senior manager ,with bit of give and take on my side ,but I am still awaiting corrected paperwork associated with warranty paperwork issues after 4 weeks since purchase . In summary good car quit well priced with full vertu service history but very poor sales process. I have used Vertu Volvo before with no such issues so I would hope this was a one off .
