They kept in contact with me both before and after the sale which was amazing! Dan Gosling I believe it was, was amazingly friendly and welcoming to me. I felt at ease purchasing my car from him. I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Leeds because i mentioned about the back air vents being broken when I got sold the car and was told they would speak to the manager still didn’t hear back so called up again to mention about the same issue as well as still waiting on a refund to come through, colleague advised me “they completely forgot” then the refund was processed and came through two weeks later, was also advised to send videos of the broken air vent which I did as advised however still have heard nothing back. The overall customer service was very slack. Eagerness to make a sale is 10/10 but the actually customer care is very poor

I was happy with the service at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds because they kept me informed and updated all throughout the purchase.
My only concerns were with the sale of the paint protection VW lifeshine which was paid for but wasn’t carried out correctly. I informed that I wasn’t happy but there was no offer of refund from them - they told me to contact Autoglym to make a claim

The Gm experience at Vertu Volkswagen Leeds was good because transaction of buying a used car was great from start to finish. The car salesman Kane Marsden was helpful professional and thorough. A great company to do business with , would definitely buy a car from again.
