I had a great experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield because the lady was very nice, she introduced us to the car that we wanted to buy, let us test drive and made all the papers. The only down side was that you can’t do payments over the weekend, and it has to be done over the week.

The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield was good because I feel they was quick and helpful in all areas. When I first went to look at the car sameer knew what he was talking about and answered any questions I had. When I did purchase the car I did notice jt had some stone chippings on the bonnet and paint damage on the doors from previous owner. I did take a communicating to get it sorted but they did and they didn’t quickly. The staff are all polite and helpful it obviously shows when you are in there you can see other customers aswell as myself that don’t look stressed the staff always look happy and chatting away and smiling.
