The experience around purchasing the car was first class. It was a distance sale so I had many questions and all were answered swiftly by the Business Manager and also the sales person. Handover was okay although the car wasn’t fully charged as I had been promised (and paid for!) but it was clean and well prepared. However, once I had taken delivery I had a number queries regarding not receiving the V5 and I struggled to get responses which was disappointing.
