Car delivered on time which was lovely but no second key. Man who delivered said it would be posted/ delivered. I was then annoyed that I had to come over and wait while the new key was coded ( I although I do understand this has to be done at the garage). Work completed, but customer waiting area had hardly any clean mugs, no milk and dirty toilets

The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield was welcoming and helpful. On our first visit we had a puncture just before we got there and the reception staff arranged for it to be repaired in the workshop within half an hour.

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield could have been better because I bought a 3yr old used Polo. 8 days after purchasing my vehicle it became faulty. I utilised the VW assist service which was excellent and I was provided with a hire vehicle. My vehicle was in the workshop for 3 weeks. In that time I had little communication and I had to chase for updates. Eventually I was informed the vehicle needs a new engine. Only when the general manager was informed did I receive anything in the way of an apology for any of the inconvenience.

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield could have been better because the delivery process was poor meaning I had to wait in all day for a delivery that didn’t happen. In addition a pre sale service left the car on very low coolant which should have been checked and topped up.

The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Huddersfield was good because Aqib Hussain was such a good, calm and patient salesman. Helpful with all vehicles wanted to look at and test drive. . Just a couple of the links sent had different info on, ie contact numbers, so some confusion.
