The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was great because the whole experience was fabulous, the showroom and cars were spotlessly clean, staff all friendly and helpful. India was so very patient as my husband and i are not particularly tech savvy. Everything was explained to us in a very friendly courteous manner with no pressure at all. We can't praise them enough.
