I would recommend Vertu Volkswagen Hereford to friends and family because the whole process was super easy, they was very friendly and helpful. I was told they would contact me after a few days just to check in but I still haven’t had this happen but other than that it was great. I would definitely recommend krystian he had so much time and was super friendly and helpful!

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was cracking because Thomas was very understanding that this was a huge purchase for me especially considering I live in Nottingham and hadn’t seen the car. The video walk round was excellent and any questions I had were answered.
