Vertu Volkswagen Hereford were fantastic because buying a car on your own can be quite daunting. But I did my homework before I went and I found India Cole to be so approachable. She listened to my needs, answered my questions, was approachable but not pushy.
India offered me affordable ways of purchasing the car, although I didn’t take them up, it was nice to know for future purchases.
The car was presented beautifully on collection. I messaged India with a concern after purchase and as she told me upon collection, she replied swiftly and booked the car in to be inspected.
Overall, what could if been a very stressful time, turned into a pleasurable experience, thank you so much .
