I'd recommend Vertu Volkswagen Hereford to anyone because if buying a car it wasn't a hard sell and we tried a variety of cars, the transaction was not longwinded like other VW dealers and everything was explained. Zara was very attentive. I also use this dealership for servicing as I have always been treated well and the cars looked after

My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was cracking because everything went really smoothly i got roughly what I wanted for my trade in and everything was explained to me how the cars infotainment system works.
On collection the car looked amazing lovely and shiny with the paint protection coating.

The experience at Vertu Volkswagen Hereford was good because Kirsty was very easy to deal with from the moment I asked to see the inside of the car.
We then went on a decent test drive out to Marlbrook and back which gave me ample opportunity to decide whether the car was the one for me.
At no stage did I feel pressured into agreeing to purchase the car and the video link sent to me later was a nice touch.
4 weeks on I am extremely happy with the car and I definitely glad I walked up to Vertu on a Saturday morning to have a look.
Kirsty is an asset to Vertu and I would like to thank her for all she did to make the transaction seamless.
