I was happy with the service at Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate because from start to finish, Freya was absolutely brilliant. Very informative, professional and amongst all approachable.
Having purchased from other VW and Audi dealers before this was the overall better experience, even if it meant I had 350 mile round trip due to car location.
The only point I would add, is a disparity between advert, the internet sales team I spoke to from Autotrader and the actual item purchased. Inaccuracies with vehicle details and warranty details too. Some people would have been put off by this, I was slightly at the time.

I would not recommend Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate because the car I bought broke down 3 days later. I was then left in a position of either getting my money back, and being left without a car, or choose another car that was available. I had to pay more for the car I chose, I only had the choice of 2 so I went with the better option.
Richard Fremantle who sold me the car was great, but I have to say due to the massive inconvenience and stress I felt, during the process it wasn’t good. By way of compensating for this I would have expected some gesture, more warranty, a box of chocolates anything, but I received nothing. So I’m afraid I’ve come away from the whole experience feeling unhappy.

Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate were fantastic because the support and advise given from initial contact to final purchase was excellent. Any questions I raised were either answered directly or confirmation / clarity sought if required.
I did raise a couple of questions post purchase but these were also dealt with with no problems / issues.

This is the second id3 we have purchased from Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate in the past 18 months.
