My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Harrogate was positive because I didn't feel like I was being pressured into buying. I felt I was dealing with someone who really knew a lot about the cars on my shortlist and I was giving plenty of time to test drive the cars I was interested in and plenty of time to go away and think through the purchase. The person I dealt with was highly knowledgeable, friendly and happy to meet me on a number of occasions to test drive cars until I felt completely happy with my final choice. I'm very happy with my purchase.
