Vertu Vauxhall Sunderland were fantastic because Stefano is a great sales person, he spent nearly 4 hours with me and my wife making sure we are happy with the car we picked and drove away the same day with part exchange! We were let down by Evans Halshaw before and were apprehensive but Veru vauxhall sunderland made us feel comfortable and will be back for our next car in few years!

Our visit was phenomenal, we came up at a really tricky time due to issues with the purchase on the car on our end, not the end of the branch. Both Ryan and Kieran that we spoke to were amazing with us, went to literally any length to make sure that not only we had the best experience but that we walked out with the car day of. Gave us loads of amazing local knowledge as we drove 3 hours to the branch and were overall superstars. I could not have been happier with the service we received.
