My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Skipton was positive because - I found Hassan very helpful and knowledgeable there were a couple of scratches on the bodywork and they sorted these out before I picked the car up, having bought an automatic car and never driven one before I was given a full demonstration of how the car worked making me feel very confident when I came to drive it away.

I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because Dom made me feel right at home. He explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. I was able to find the car I wanted on their lot and was able to test drive it the same day!

Hasan and the team provided a great service, explaining all my options really well. When a more suitable car came in, Hasan called me very quickly and sent me all the information about the car, and I was able to complete the sale within a few days. Thanks!

I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because firstly the salesman said a few scratches would be removed but that didn’t happen. Then a couple of issues needed looking at but the main one wasn’t addressed because the salesman hadn’t passed on the correct information. Finally the service record wasn’t with the car so had to chase that. The salesman seemed very slack.
