I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because we were promised that several paint defects on the car would be rectified prior to pick up and, even though we were asked to bring the car back in for rectification, these issues were still not resolved. We were then informed by the salesman that he had been instructed to tell us that no more time or money would be spent on a second hand car.
The small amount of rework done on the car was so shoddy that it is now back to it's original condition.

I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton because I was left waiting over an hour for my hand over and had to go and ask the help desk for an update after waiting so long as my original sales person was not working that day, I was not made aware of this when booking the collection. I have since received no phone call to check how I am getting on with the vehicle when I was promised I would be called 2 days later on the Monday. If I had been called I would have liked to have discussed the melted sweets stuck between the car seats and the non working wireless charger.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Vauxhall Skipton to friends and family because excellent service provided and if any, small problems, were encountered they were soon delt with and I was kept informed of all progress. Overall an excellent service provided.
