My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Durham was cracking because I was spoken to professionally, with consideration and respect. My needs and wants were heard. My salesperson explained all options available to me without undue pressure. I did take a Tyre policy out because of his explanation. He kept us informed at every step of the process.He even came into the dealer on what would have been his day off to hand us the car.
