I would highly recommend Vertu Vauxhall Chingford because the whole experience felt honest, smooth and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Buying a car can feel stressful and overwhelming especially as this was my first time making a purchase like this on my own so I was naturally quite hesitant at first. However, the team made me feel comfortable from the beginning, listened to what I actually needed and never made me feel pressured at any point. Honestly, the reassurance and support I received played a big part in giving me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase.
Rawnok in particular went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was professional, approachable and genuinely helpful, taking the time to answer all my questions and making sure I felt confident in my decision rather than rushed into a sale. What really stood out to me was that even after the purchase was completed he told me to keep in touch if I needed anything or had any questions in future. That level of care made the experience feel personal and genuine and it’s the kind of customer service that’s hard to find.
Also a shoutout to Tom, who took me out on the test drive and made the experience feel relaxed and enjoyable as well. Overall, the customer service from the team was excellent from start to finish.

I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Chingford because Rawnok was very helpful! Explained everything clearly re the whole process, and was on hand to answer any questions. Took me on a test drive and was honest about the car compared to others available. Really nice and me as well as my family like him!

I'd recommend Vertu Vauxhall Chingford because the car is in good condition however the paperwork is still to be fully completed, 2 weeks and the log book is still outstanding. I can't register the car for the toll (Dartford or Blackwall) causing problems for me to travel.
