I recently purchased a Jeep Compass from Vertu Chingford (March 17th), and I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. Having previously bought a Ford from Vertu Bromley with an extraordinary experience, I expected the same professionalism, but Chingford failed to deliver.
Issues:
1. Safety: The car was delivered with faulty windscreen washers. I had to drive for nearly 2 weeks in unsafe conditions before they finally fixed them.
2. Technical incompetence: I was told the 'Change Oil' light just needed a reset. After waiting over an hour at the dealership, I was told they don't have the correct Jeep software.
3. Broken promises: Last Thursday, I was promised a call back by the end of the day to confirm if they had ordered the software or if they would book me into a Jeep specialist (Tony LeVoi). A week has passed, and despite my emails and calls, I’ve had zero response.
It is unprofessional to leave a customer driving a car with warning lights on for nearly a month after purchase. If you want the 'Vertu' experience I once knew, avoid Chingford and go to Bromley instead.

Vertu Vauxhall Chingford were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they are knowledgeable, polite and have excellent customer service. Chris was fantastic, he helped me find the perfect car and navigate the paperwork. Very happy customer!
