AI can never replace the interaction between the seller and the customer, and Rhys was quantifiable evidence that personal service is crucial in any sale. He was patient, courteous, and answered all our queries (having never owned an automatic before). We didn't feel rushed, and the 3 month warranty assurance provided by Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield is a bonus. Having access to the representative who sold you the car during the warranty period is reassuring as a customer I am valued.
