I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield because the salesman Alan Prior was disrespectful of my situation that I didn't want any added extras, in fact, he went into a complete sulk, that he wouldn't get any commission. He wouldn't speak, but prior to that even said "did I want a cheaper car" after I had chased it for a month, I found him sexist and had the attitude only a man like him should drive a car like that. Very disappointing, his attitude.

My experience at Vertu Vauxhall Chesterfield could have been better because
Car passed MOT but should have failed and wasn’t fixable in a timely manner.
No courtesy car offered until I asked for it.
No apology for false MOT
Now have no trust in Vertu garage and wouldn’t use again or recommend
