Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle were great because having found my ideal car, I spoke to a Trevor Connelly and he was very professional, and even though I was coming from Scotland to pick it up, he kept me informed throughout, and when I arrived it had price of place just outside the showroom !! ... it looked fabulous, and it transpired it was just as fabulous! .... Vertu you made my dreams come true !

I would not recommend Vertu Vauxhall Carlisle because:
I bought an MG4 and the process was quick, easy and well informed. Unfortunately, when I collected the vehicle there were a few issues.
- The infotainment console was not working. The salesman told me to take the car and work it out as I used it, which seemed fair enough, but when I pulled away from Vertu, the sat nav wasn't working, my phone wouldn't pair and the car was still tethered to the previous owner. I drove it straight back to Vertu and a different salesman sorted these things for me, however it took 4 days to be able to tether the car to myself.
- Once I got the car home, I realised it really wasn't very clean. I had viewed the car straight from auction and it was quite dirty, I was assured it would be cleaned and like a "new car". Whilst not the end of the world, this was a bit disappointing. The charging wire was just lying in the boot and not in the bag, it looked untidy and just felt a bit like care hadn't been taken to ready the car for me.
- 5 days after purchase, the tyre pressure warning light went on. When I checked them, they were all between 8 and 10psi lower than they should have been. I was surprised that this hadn't been checked.
- 14 days after purchase, I still have not received the V5.
All salesman were friendly and made time for me. The sale was quick and easy and overall, the car is great. I was just disappointed that new car day wasn't quite as exciting as it should have been.
