My experience at Vertu Toyota Loughborough was memorable because of the customer service.
The car windscreen got chipped on the way to us but we were assured it would be paid for.
Had issues with the battery completely dying several times, and the AA needed to be called.
In the end Vertu agreed to change the battery and deliver the car to us, and provided a courtesy car in the meantime.
Let's see how the car is once we get it back.
