I would not recommend Vertu Toyota Hamilton because its been 6 weeks and 6 days since I purchased my car, I still don't have a second key that was promised by the dealer. I only have one set and if that's lost im stuck. Despite numerous calls and short mail exchange I am nowhere near getting the key. Its a shame, spoils a reasonable experience. Once I parted with the money, its clear that im no longer of any importance to them.

Bought a Toyota c-hr late September 2026. The salesperson was so helpful. She identified the model of car which might suit me best, we went through all the different trim options and extras and we found a car which ticked all the boxes. The salesperson helped me set up the Toyota app on my phone (which is genuinely useful), we set up a service plan to cover ongoing maintenance too. It was a really good car purchase experience. I hadn’t heard of Vertu before but I’m so glad I paid their Hamilton branch a visit, I’ve been driving for nearly 40 years and this was the best experience I’ve had when buying a car and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I really recommend Vertu and their Hamilton dealership.
