I recently purchased a used Toyota Aygo from Toyota Glasgow and couldn’t be happier with the experience.
I initially spoke with Adam over the phone on Monday morning, explained my criteria and budget, and he quickly identified a suitable vehicle at the Glasgow dealership.
Sam from the Glasgow store contacted me shortly afterwards, sent me a video of the car and followed up with a phone call. This made the decision easy, and I was able to reserve the vehicle with a small deposit.
I visited the dealership on Wednesday, where I was warmly welcomed by Sadie, who offered refreshments and was friendly, professional and attentive throughout my visit. Iona then completed the sale as Sam was off that morning, and she was equally helpful.
The car was absolutely perfect, freshly valeted and supplied with a clean year’s MOT.
The store manager also took the time to speak with me personally and arranged a fantastic price for the next two years of MOTs and servicing, ensuring that I could maintain the vehicle’s warranty. I really appreciated this extra consideration and the effort to make ongoing ownership as straightforward and affordable as possible.
The entire process was straightforward, efficient and remarkably quick. The dealership was immaculate, and every member of staff I encountered was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
A big thank you to Adam, Sam, Sadie, Iona and the store manager for making the whole experience such a positive one. I would highly recommend Toyota Glasgow to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.
