I had a great experience at Vertu Toyota Doncaster because everyone I spoke to, from my initial enquiries at reception to the sales executive (Koby Hodder) and the lovely chap (Steve) that drove my car down to me (I live in the south of England) were exceptional. Nobody tried to 'Hard Sell' me (and I really appreciated this) as I was buying my car with money left to me by my mum who had passed away a few weeks previously. It was a very bittersweet time for me. Obviously being hundreds of miles away also made me anxious, but the purchase of my lovely new car was seamless & stress free. Koby even did a comprehensive video & sent it to me.
I had not been able to find my 'perfect' car at ANY of the Toyota dealerships near to me, hence why I contacted Toyota Doncaster.....And they absolutely 'delivered' in every way
