I purchased a used Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Vertu Toyota Chesterfield, with Alex Boot and Ben Walne involved in handling my case.
Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The vehicle was supplied with a failed Hybrid Health Check, which I was not made aware of at the time of purchase. There were also outstanding cosmetic issues and concerns about the 12V battery.
The dealership’s communication and handling of these issues were poor, and I had to spend considerable time chasing for answers. Although the dealership eventually agreed to take the vehicle back, the refund process was not straightforward, with discrepancies between the amount originally confirmed and the amount actually refunded.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Vertu Toyota Chesterfield to a friend.

The experience at Vertu Toyota Chesterfield was fantastic because buying the car felt effortless and exciting. The show room was really well layed out it was nice to be greeted by the lady on entrance why was super lovely. Ben was very informative, calm and friendly when explaining all the options and answered all the questions. Thank you so much
