My experience at Vertu SEAT Derby was excellent , I spoke to Andrew on the phone reserved the car and had a test drive and drove the car home the next day . Andrew was really helpful and professional

The experience at Vertu SEAT Derby was good because Joe Miller helped me throughout the whole process despite having lots of choices, he was patient with me that I ended up knowing what to choose when everything was explained and options were given. Sometimes people find it difficult to understand other people’s accents but he was good with understanding mine and I clearly understood him as well and for that I am grateful.

They are so knowledgeable and answered all questions with my new car and made the experience so lovely.
