Vertu SEAT Derby staff were good because a member of staff, Josh greeted us, we had already spoken by telephone regarding the car, Josh sent us a video of the car which we were really happy with, at the show room, Josh met us showed us around the car and took us for a test drive, he was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions we had. On that note because we were so happy with the car we decided to buy the car. We have been really happy with the purchase, it’s met all our expectations, and we have received a call from Josh asking us if everything with the car is satisfactory. We feel that we have been looked after, especially by Josh.
