The experience at Vertu SEAT Derby was good because all of the staff were so welcoming friendly and courteous especially Ben who we dealt with throughout the process . Ben is an absolute credit to SEAT Derby he had so much patience and explained everything so well he put us at ease immediately and made the whole process a breeze. He gave us so much confidence as we had never driven an automatic either so he was great to deal with thank you so much Ben everything you did for us was first class treatment.
