The staff at Vertu SEAT Derby were good because they made sure to find out a little bit about my purchasing requirements and took the time to check the car and the financing was correct for me. The dealership is far more approachable than any other I have been in with less emphasis on oversell and more on client care Ben T in particular was amazing. Great test drive and he built a good rapport with me...i hate being talked down to and he definitely did not do that. Really listened and explained and made sure I was happy with everything
