I'd recommend Vertu SEAT Darlington because We recently purchased a car from CUPRA Vertu Motors in Darlington, and first and foremost, I have to mention the excellent customer service we received from Allan Robinson.
From the very start of the process right through to picking the car up, Allan went above and beyond. He genuinely understands what excellent customer service means and made the whole experience as straightforward and positive as possible.
When we arrived to collect the vehicle, a few issues arose with the car. However, Allan and his General Manager dealt with these promptly and professionally, taking everything onboard and immediately putting things in place to rectify the issues. At the end of the day, that’s all you can really ask for — people who listen, take responsibility and genuinely want to help.
A huge thank you to Allan and the team for their help and professionalism. I would definitely buy from CUPRA Vertu Motors again and would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
