Don't promise what can't be delivered. Wrong information shown in advertisement and provided by sales person. Not happy af all. Paid price based on information provided, which is not accurate as I found out now.

Damion at Vertu SEAT Carlisle was good because he was friendly, patient and wasn't too pushy in relation to the add ons (there's nothing I hate more! He did his job in mentioning and explaining them but didn't push when we said no). He has been very helpful post sale as well. I couldn't be happier with the level of service.
