I was pleased with Vertu Renault Exeter and would recommend them because Karen was very professional but friendly and not pushy and explained everything well as I have never bought a car through a garage before.She answered my ( probably simple/stupid!) questions and kept me up to date with deivery times etc . She also contacted me a couple of times in the first couple of weeks to make sure everthing was ok. I had a minor issue with a windscreen wiper and she quickly responded and booked me an appointment to get it fixed.

Vertu Renault Exeter were helpful because They went above and beyond. I was missing a parcel shelf and they ordered me a new one and had it delivered to me with no quibbles.
