Jack was fantastic throughout. He listened carefully to what we were looking for, arranged a test drive and took the time to explain everything about the car thoroughly. He also put together some very competitive finance options, giving us a choice of different ways to structure the deal to best suit our needs.

Everyone at Vertu Peugeot Banbury was helpful and simley, the couple of times I visited the dealership. I think the staff was very understanding of my needs, and they actively listened when I talked to them (something we shouldn't always take for granted). John was very attentive, and it made me feel valued as a customer and as a person. I was given the chance to test the car, and I was briefed on many aspects of the sale process, so I didn't have any massive surprises. The only real downside is that the car was advertised on Autotrader as having had 1 previous owner, and for some reason the V5C form I received at home talks about 2, meaning there was a discrepancy nobody mentioned or explained to me.
