Vertu Peugeot Banbury were great because Jasmin has been excellent looking after me before and after purchase. I live 200+ miles away so didn't have a test drive before it was delivered nor visit the garage. So won't be servicing it in Banbury but will use your Exeter dealership for servicing instead.

My experience at Vertu Peugeot Banbury could have been better because I was not told about the free insurance so I could drive the car off and get insurance later, so that offer was of no benefit to me. I paid full price for the car and I would have expected the radio to work especially as you wanted it off the forecourt before the end of the month so I had to pay for a months tax that I didn’t need to pay for. The sales lady was asked to show me how everything worked and I asked if they could tune Radio 2 in for me - on the day of collected 28th February the radio didn’t work. The lack of care wasn’t kind to an older lady. The then lack of communication re collecting and returning the car was quite special - the car should never have been allowed off the forecourt, I know it wasn’t mechanical but it needed to go to a specialist to unlock the radio. This had happened before with Suzuki cars so should have been checked. The lady who was storing the car for us was inconvenienced, when I had planned with the manger that she wouldn’t. But again no phone call as promised to say you were on your way.

Vertu Peugeot Banbury were great because they made me feel I wasn’t just a punter looking around I felt they were interested in me finding the right car for me . All in all the whole experience was made comfortable and easy by the professional and pleasant sales person dealing with me, nothing was too much trouble .
