I was pleased with Vertu Nissan Stockton and would recommend them because the sales team were very friendly and helpful. The salesman who I dealt with Keith Barnfield couldn’t have been any more helpful. He showed me around the vehicle I was interested in and explained everything about it, once I had decided to purchase the vehicle he offered me a drink, we sat down and discussed in detail the purchase of the vehicle. Everything was explained very well including options on other purchases which could be added to the purchase of the Q3. Overall it was one of the best experiences I have had at any car dealership as it felt like I was buying a car from a friend.

Communication from the dealership was exceptionally poor and promised calls regarding when the car would be ready did not materialise - nor were calls returned even when escalated to a manager. When were arrived to collect the vehicle the paintwork had not been repaired as promised - and the car was not ready despite my checking this on several occasions - no apology for this at all - just blame of the body work person - all in all really a thoroughly disappointing experience and really took the shine of my teenagers new car to arrive and promised work not have been done despite assurances that it had -.
