My experience at Vertu Nissan Sheffield was memorable because I was made very welcome and had everything explained to me about the car and other items I could have purchased if I would have liked to. There was no pushy sales man wanting me to have everything just because he can. In fact I would say Richard Kelly was a true gentleman and answered any questions I had with honesty and put me at ease with the whole experience of buying from the dealership. I will definitely purchase an other car from them when I need to, hopefully Richard will not have retired by then. I would recommend the dealership to friends and family and especially Richard for the service. I guess the other guys there are just as good and helpful but I only had dealings with Richard. Thank you so much for the brillaint service and experience
