Vertu Nissan Northampton staff were good because the Sales Professional, Will Gilbert, was enthusiastic and extremely helpful in walking us round several cars before we chose one. He was knowledgeable of the features of the car and demonstrated them to us before organising a test drive.
Happy with the whole procedure except not being able to do two things totally outside of Will’s control
1. Being able to pay more than £500 deposit on a credit card
2. Not being able to pay the final balance and pick up the car at the weekend because no-one in your finance department works at weekends to acknowledge the transaction has completed
- how many people want to pay there and then at the weekend?
Those two items pissed me off a bit
