I was happy with the deal. Never received the explainer video prior to hand over, Would have liked a longer handover on media and car system controls.

Vertu Nissan Darlington were really helpful and I'd recommend them because I didn’t feel pressurised in the slightest by the delightful saleswoman Lauren Spireti into making a decision to purchase. The Dealership held the vehicle without a deposit until I was able to return and commit to making the purchase. Wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future should I wish to make a further purchase.
