I'd definitely recommend Vertu Nissan Chesterfield to friends and family because I felt that the salesperson was not pushy and explained everything again if needed. They were friendly and professional during my time in the office and I have arranged for my car to have a couple of minor things sorted out under warranty without any fuss.

My new vehicle had a problem just after I had collected it. The car was returned to the dealership for the fault to be investigated. The service I have received from them has been second to none. The Finance Manager has kept me informed with the progress on my car, and arranged for me to have a courtesy car, which was delivered to me. I fully appreciate that the problem with the car was beyond their control and they, Lewis and Russell, have reassured me every step of the way that the fault would be rectified.
