I was looking for a new car as my previous cars PCP was coming to an end with another dealership and I wasn’t happy with what they were offering me.
After searching around all day I decided to try Mazda after driving past and spotting a car in the showroom I loved.
As soon as we walked in and were looking at the car, Amanda came over and asked if we were okay and needed any help. When I explained I was looking for a new car she let me know that Jodene will be with me shortly to talk through everything. She was very friendly and smiley.
Jodene then went through with me in detail the different models of the car I liked and the different options and costs and asked if I would like a test drive.
I test drove the car and fell in love with it immediately. It was so comfortable and so smooth to drive and had everything I wanted. I immediately said I wanted the car.
When we got back to the showroom we went through everything and I chose the model I wanted and the finance plan etc. I was very happy with how everything was explained and Jodene was fantastic- so friendly and knowledgeable.
Fast forward a couple of days later I had some teething issues with my finance (absolutely through no fault of Mazdas.. recently turned self employed) however Jodene and Amanda were amazing, constantly keeping me updated and doing everything they could to help and in the end I ended up with a better model of car than I was originally going to get.
I was so happy with the service provided from Mazda, particularly Amanda and Jodene. I cannot speak of them highly enough.
Everyone I spoke to has been so friendly and helpful.
The showroom is sparkling clean and lots of lovely cars on display.
I would 100% recommend a Mazda and the Redditch branch and I will be staying with them hopefully for a very long time! I absolutely love my car!

I'd suggest Vertu Mazda Redditch to a friend because the overall service was superb. The sales agent, Toby and sales manager, Amanda, were amazing from the first contact to the last. At every step they really wanted to make sure our needs were met, and they achieved that and so much more. It really felt like they prided theirselves on providing the best customer service possible and this carried on even after the sale had been agreed and concluded. Best purchasing experience I’ve had from a car dealer.
