My experience at Vertu Mazda Hamilton could have been better because I decided to return the car based on communication in regards to the problems with the car and no confidence a solution would be offered. £21k+ for a car with brake noises, engine and transmission issues is quite frankly unacceptable.
I'm bitterly disappointed it turned out this way and without the problems I should have been the owner of a fantastic vehicle.
Furthermore, the exterior condition of my traded in vehicle was very disappointing. It looked like a bucket of dirty water had been thrown over it. Have to assume this was some sort of petulant retaliation for cancelling the purchase but in reality it only served to justify my decision. Never again.
