My experience at Vertu Mazda Hamilton could have been better because if i was given proper explaination of the delays. Invoice takes days to be generated? And figures changed 4x since first invoice. If not with the colour, i would have let go of the car. So different from my previous experience, i walked in, swapped my old car and drove with different car. I was expecting the same, fast, direct. And this time, 2 weeks later.
