I would recommend Vertu Land Rover Yeovil to friends and family because although when we arrived for a test drive the Sales person we booked with was not available, nor was a car! The Sales person left to deal with us (Lewis), was extremely professional and could not have done more. He took us to another branch of Vertu and took us on a test drive of a car which we have now purchased. In short Lewis saved your company's reputation by his actions. If he had not been so good this would not be a positive review and would have resulted in a letter to Land Rover asking them to justify treating customers trying to buy a premium brand so poorly

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Land Rover Yeovil because they were very friendly and helpful but not overly pushy when selling the car. Considerate to my criteria and didn’t try to oversell a car I didn’t need that wasn’t in my price range

Been a customer of Vertu Land Rover and their predecessors at Yeovil since 2012 and now on my fourth iteration. Service and customer support were on this occasion, as usual, excellent. Dean went above and beyond to make it an efficient process and added the special touch of the ‘grand unveiling’ of our car, which we hadn’t actually seen before other than in photos. All in all a great experience.
