The experience at Vertu Land Rover Yeovil was was excellent, thanks to Kieron Flack. From the very beginning, when we had no idea what we wanted, he was incredibly helpful and patient. He kept looking for the right car for us, but we never felt under any pressure to buy.
Kieron guided us through every stage of the purchase, and we genuinely felt that he wanted the very best for us. His support continued right through to the day we collected the car and drove away.

I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Yeovil because overall service was sloppy. We rang and were told that the sales managers were in internal meetings, inaccurate information sent through, not following through on promises, disinterested once sale made. Ignored on entering the showroom but only perking up when it was clear we were buying. This is poor customer service.
