The staff at Vertu Land Rover Taunton were good because 2 particular staff members Josh and Jamie have bent over backwards to accommodate every issue I have brought to them, after a difficult start to my purchase Josh has kept in touch and kept me updated to the best of his ability on the few issues I encountered making sure I was happy with the outcome and doing his very best to insure customer satisfaction. The outstanding requests I still have are being dealt with in a professional respectful way even though I have been a complete nuisance to him/them, I would recommend anyone looking to purchase from this company they ask for Josh/jamie where they will be fully taken care of in a completely professional manner.

The experience at Vertu Land Rover Taunton was great because of Josh - his friendliness and humour were the reason we picked a Range Rover over a Mercedes. A genuinely lovely guy! Jamie was also nice … but we didn’t see him as much as Josh!
