My experience with Vertu Land Rover Taunton was straightforward and enjoyable. After test driving a couple of vehicles, I knew immediately which one I wanted to purchase. The sales advisor was professional, never made me feel rushed, and took the time to explain the entire sales process clearly.
The only aspect that fell short of my expectations was the vehicle’s presentation at handover. It had not been fully prepared, detailed, or finished to the standard I had anticipated. I am currently waiting to hear back from the retailer to see whether this can be resolved.
Aside from that, my experience was positive, and I would recommend Vertu Land Rover Taunton.

Vertu Land Rover Taunton were fantastic because the salesman Dep was excellent in dealing with us from arriving at the showroom right through to picking up our new Range Rover Evoque.
He was patient and put us under no pressure. He gave us all the time we needed to make our decision and explained everything clearly throughout the process.
He made us feel comfortable and confident and the final handover of the car was a very impressive and professional experience.
This is our fourth Làndrover and it won't be our last.
