Prior to arrival we received all the relevant information in plenty of time, on arrival at the show room we were welcomed immediately, with a friendly smile. Following that we were looked after exceptionally well by Marie, who managed our part exchange efficiently and without fuss, then went through the new car details - no fuss, no rush and very knowledgeable.

Vertu Land Rover Guiseley have been very, very good. In particular Gerrard Jones.
He has been first class throughout and cannot praise him enough. He listened to what I wanted from a new purchase and delivered the perfect car.
A few issues have arisen but he has been first class alongside his manager Oliver who are in the process of rectifying everything.
I have dealt with Harwoods in Crawley and a few other dealerships who have been appalling.
I have never met Gerrard but cannot praise him highly enough.
I have full confidence in Gerrard and his team and in Land Rover guisely should anything unfortunate arise in the future.
