The experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton was good because the help we received from start to handover was very impressive. No pressure sales pitch, and even gave us time to reflect on the decision without constant calling. To top it off with out train being delayed by 3 hours. Jack kept in touch and even collected us from the station. Very impressed.

The staff at Vertu especially Matt Kok and his supporting team were amazing. I was picked up from the station and treated like a VIP until I drove away happy with my (new to me) 23 plate red Jaguar I Pace. BTW the car is amazing too. Well done to the team at Vertu and im sure its not a surprise that there is another happy customer walking .......sorry driving out the door! Thank you all.

I was happy with the service at Vertu Land Rover Bolton because they communicated well with me before and during the viewing and sale, and dealt with the issues we raised with the car very effectively. Would have been a higher score other than the wait on collection day and not have a full finace breakdown for the pcp until it came to sign on the dotted line. This would have made my decision to buy outright vs pcp easier if i had seen this. Thats said the staff were extremely helpful and All sorted now within the 14 day period.

I had a great experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton because: From the first enquiry I made Erika made sure that I had all the information I needed. Booked an appointment time with me and was ready to answer any questions I had prior to taking a test drive. She's very well presented, smart and professional; there was never a hint of any pressure throughout our visit. The whole showroom was gleaming, and from reception and throughout, the other members of the team were friendly and welcoming. I was given a good demonstration of the cars features. On the day I collected the car, Erika accompanied by Declan the Sales Manager came to thank me for the purchase and wish me well. I would have no hesitation in making another purchase from this branch in the future in spite of being over 40 miles away in Buxton and other dealerships being closer.

My experience at Vertu Land Rover Bolton was cracking because sales team were so excellent, body shop needs to up their game, scratches on car they should have picked up pre purchase, went back to get corrected and made it even worse, had to go back a second time for paint correction
