I'd suggest Vertu Kia Edinburgh to a friend because the sales staff were friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. In most other dealerships I have been spoken down to and patronised; Kia Edinburgh staff were the exact opposite and it was a pleasure to deal with them. On that point alone I would recommend them, but I also felt the vehicle pricing and trade in prices were fair compared to market value. All round excellent experience of this team!

I may recommend the dealership, not certain though as I was told I must pay £20 to receive the car with a full charge, I got it with half charge and when I called I was told £20 will be refunded which it hasn't. Also the car arrived with a few tennis balls inside which was odd, hope it didn't have dogs in it. Finally the car wasn't cleaned after arriving in my town so in the handover the exterior was absolutely covered in dead bugs and dirt from the long journey causing me to pay £20 to wash it that same day to avoid the bugs drying on it and damage the paint. I would say a 6 out of 10 over all. Not pointing fingers at any particular person.
