Vertu Kia Edinburgh were great because the salesman Craig Colman was brilliant from the first contact through to the collection. A lovely touch was the unveiling video we made.
We have bought a few cars over the years but this was our best experience yet. We intended getting a year old model and had a budget but Craig found us a brand new car within our budget. Thanks again Craig.

My experience at Vertu Kia Edinburgh could have been better because the dealer tried to build things into my finance deal that I was not agreeing to and took shortcuts in preparing my car to get it out before the end of the financial year. Since receiving the car I have had delays in getting repairs sorted that should have been done before handover and have yet to receive my package for the tyre and alloy repair cover that I purchased and now needing repairs

I was happy with the service at Vertu Kia Edinburgh because. Communication was a bit difficult, we had to chase them and I feel this was real downside to the experience.
