My experience at Vertu Kia Edinburgh was positive because of the sales staff and in particular Matthew. He went through the whole process clearly including the trade in of my own vehicle and offering additional services e.g. warranty and alloy cover as part of the overall package. Was also pleased thst the vehicle was delivered.
