Vertu Kia Bradford were great because the staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thanks to Ismaeel who was very patient and kind whilst sorting out the sale of my car. He let me take the car out a couple of times to make sure I was comfortable with it and helped me a lot with the digital finance application and took the time to explain things I wasn't sure about. He was very calm which was helpful in dealing with my anxiety with the whole process. There was also copious cups of tea offered which is also a bonus ! I am very happy with my car so far. Would happily recommend !
