The whole buying experience at Bradford Vertu was so easy from the initial enquiry to collecting the car.
Communication was prompt and efficient.
I was able to choose which additional products to add to my car without any heavy salesman pressure.
The finance application was simple to complete.
When I collected the car it was ready and waiting, beautifully presented.
The team were very helpful when I collected the car, answering all my questions.
A few days after collection I noticed an imperfection on the paintwork; I obtained a quote from a local smart repair company and contacted the dealer. I was told to have the work completed and then send the invoice and my bank details.
This was processed within days and a payment sent: this was beyond my expectations.
I travelled over 168 miles from Aylesbury in Bucks to use this dealer and wouldn’t hesitate using them again.
