My experience at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee could have been better because the car hsd a fault you swapped it and still waiting for sat nav update also car radio cuts out and you didnt do finance as a wind back so lost out on over £1000;from finance company...lovely

I cannot remember having such good customer service in our modern world. The whole team at Peterlee but especially Hayley, Jordan and Harrison were incredibly profession from the first enquiry all the way through the process, even when our criteria changed they did absolutely everything they could to ensure the best possible experience.
