Recently purchased car was very annoyed about the service department they my car out with wrong speed rating on the front tyre the to the rest of the car this is not acceptable after complaint to them was going fit new tyre on front which which is not recommended and should have known this so after telling them this they put two new tyres on the rear which should have been done to start with ,
They had car for two days never rang say was ready and arrange to deliver back to me so I contacted Jason in sales and he brought it back after work much appreciated so service department need sort themselves out .

I would not recommend Vertu Hyundai Nottingham because pressure to rate 10 stars in showroom before even sat in car and mileage advertised incorrectly
