Very happy with my overall experience at Vertu Hyundai Bristol South, Zach was very helpful and knowledgeable. Whole process was painless start to finish, condition of the vehicle when I went to pick it up was also great, alloys were refurbed and any scratches had been touched up. Vertu Hyundai Bristol South staff were good because they were friendly, Zac introduced himself and couldnt do enough to help without being pushy. Even those not dealing directly with you were friendly, polite, explained things well, ensuring i was kept up to date with progress prior to collection efficient and the service manager Neil explained a recall needed and booked it in promptly, even valeted the car before I collected it. Little touches that go a long way.
