Vertu Honda Sunderland were great because they gave a friendly and helpful service. The salesman, Alan Harrop, was knowledgable and spent as much time as was needed to explain how the car (our first EV) works. Alan also explained the finance and maintenance plans available and we would have considered the service plan if there had been a Vertu garage close to where we live. Alan also facilitated changing the registration for my private plate; overall a 5* experience and we would definitely use Vertu Sunderland again.
