I'd recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham to anyone because from my first visit I never felt under pressure to buy. I felt relaxed throughout the experience. Gavin went out of his way to make my time there enjoyable. Even though I purchased a used car I was treated like I had bought a top of the range vehicle. Thanks to everyone at Honda in Nottingham.

Vertu Honda Nottingham were great because the service I received from arranging the test drive appointment, to the test drive and to collecting the car was very professional. I found the salesperson that i had been allocated to be very knowledgeable of the two cars i test drove. He was not pushy and i was very comfortable and happy to deal with him.

A few scratches we were promised to be sorted before pick up were not sorted and I felt rushed to have the car as it was they wanted to complete before month end. Also found lollysticks and chewing gum wrapper’s in the door pocket and under the seats. Then we discovered the clutch was squeaky even though we were assured it was just our shoes when we did the test drive. However the scratches have since been sorted to an excellent standard and the clutch is awaiting a part. So overall I’m really happy with the car just not happy with the inconvenience of having to bring it back to have work done that was already promised before pick up.
