I would not recommend Vertu Honda Nottingham because the service over tge phone was shocking i made a deposit over phone promised I would be called next day on ways to pay promisee service mot ,then when I chased someone 3 times next day nobody new what i was talking about ,tried to tell me the car didn't come with years mot or service as previously promised we did want the car pretty quick however wasn't told paintwork wouldn't be complete till we got there we were then told it could be done in lincoln and someone would call to book on 4 weeks on nothing so we gave paid ourselves obviously more money charged to us we bought a car a few years ago and couldn't have wished fit better but feel hugely let down this time and will avoid in the future at all costs
