Tom was very friendly and gave my dad and I time alone to chat so didn't feel pressured. He went through everything with me and made sure I understood everything. Originally was going to sell my old car to the dealership but as it was an old car, they weren't offering much for it so they suggested I just sell it privately as I'd definitely get more for it so it felt like they had my best interest at heart.
