Vertu Honda Exeter staff were good because they were very friendly and too the trouble to talk through my concerns with the pricing of the car. It was disappointing not to be able to negotiate a price but that may be down to my poor negotiating skills but I got the impression that the Head office dictated the pricing strategy . But I feel I did pay over the odds for the vehicle which I accept but rather begrudgingly . However this is the only downside to the transaction.

I had a great experience at Vertu Honda Exeter because we were able to look at models, given great advice with regards to the differences. Were able to test drive, were offered finance but we didn't take it, however that wasn't an issue. Our sales person was very supportive and able to answer all our questions. She is very knowledgeable and was not pressuring at all.
