The experience at Vertu Honda Durham was fantastic because the sales lady, Natalie, with whom I dealt was very knowledgeable about the car. She sent me a video of it and explained what everything was. She understood that I would need to have the vehicle delivered to me in part exchange for my vehicle. She contacted me after delivery to see if everything was OK and if I was happy with the vehicle. We did not discuss finance options as I was funding it myself from savings and I would not be using their service arrangements because I live abut three hours away from Durham.
