I was directed to a very pleasant sales person who greeted me with a honest please tel me how we can help you, patiently working out the best path to guide me to a vehicle model best suited to my requirements. . A coffee and biscuit relaxed me so the shared conversation was to complete the selection of my new car with all questions answered.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Doncaster because of the relaxed & professional attitude of all the staff I encountered. They dealt with me patiently & were not pushy in anyway. Their attitudes were respectful & they were informative of the vehicle I was interested in. My ederley mother accompanied me as she wanted to see what they were like with a possibility of her wanting to come back to Honda & with how well particularly Eddie & Stuart dealt with me she decided to buy a vehicle herself as she didn't feel pressured & they treated her with the utmost respect & care, explaining everything serveral times to make sure she understood everything before she made her decision. Eddie particularly went above & beyond when he delivered her car to my mum by making sure she understood all the controls & even help her switch her insurance by phone. The attention Eddie & Stuart took in taking care of my mother very much impressed me & made the whole experience very pleasant for us both. They also made me feel special by arranging an unveiling of my vehicle before driving it out of the showroom for the first time. Very, very happy all round. These guys fealt more like family than sales people. Thank you all.
