The experience at Vertu Honda Doncaster was very good. The Sales Executive we dealt with was very helpful. had a good knowledge of the cars and recommended the Honda Jazz to suit my needs. My husband had bought a Honda car recently and had dealt with the same person. He phoned us a number of times to let us know about vehicles he had found for sale of the colour I preferred (both locally and at other Vertu dealerships. We ended up buying one of the options he told us about. We received excellent customer service, very good communication via telephone and email, good follow up after we purchased the car. We were talked through all the paperwork required for the sale and we were told not to hesitate if we had any questions in the near future. I have no hesitation in recommending Vertu, Doncaster.

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Honda Doncaster to friends and family because although it isn’t on our doorstep, the service we received was second to none. AJay who dealt with our purchase and part exchange was professional, courteous, patient and very helpful. He contacted me a few days after the purchase to make sure everything was alright.
