My experience at Vertu Ford West Bromwich could have been better because I received the car with an unrepairable puncture, 1 totally non working key, they key that did work was in taters and a cracked passenger headlight which was full of condensation. Since this it has been sat at Vertu Vauxhall Northampton awaiting repair, I have owned the car for 17 days, 10 of which it has been at Vertu Northampton. The car is still not repaired! I will never deal with Vertu again

Vertu Ford West Bromwich were great because of the service provided by William , put me at ease , explained everything to me , took me on a good test drive so I felt comfortable with the car , checked in on my decision a couple of days later kept me up to date with the process
