I'd recommend Vertu Ford Stoke to anyone because the staff are very helpful. Stewart Duff was very helpful. He understood my needs and dealt with what was a sensitive situation with a lot of respect and empathy, providing me with a lot of support. Same goes for Jake Lomas, his manager who I also spoke to during my car sale. They both went above and beyond to help. Thank you very much, I love my new car!
