Not a good experience wasnt given a test drive.and the person dealing with me went on holiday and i wasnt informed.so they gave it to some one else to do

Vertu Ford Shirley were great because the customer service was excellent from start to finish. Even after the sale I have been contacted by the salesman (Hamid Rahman) who I feel has gone above and beyond. There was an issue with the air con that Hamid has very quickly rectified. He has even arranged for the vehicle to be fixed at a Ford dealer near me (Stoke).
